Please help us welcome Dr. Laurie Johnsrud at Touching Lives Chiropractic. Dr. Laurie’s business is located inside the Fergus Falls Spine & Injury Center building (1515 W Lincoln Ave, Fergus Falls) with Dr. Jon McDonald. Dr. Laurie brings 20 years of chiropractic experience to her new location in Fergus Falls.
Touching Lives focuses on the health and well-being of all ages, and Dr. Laurie is the only chiropractor in Fergus Falls certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to provide specialized care for pregnant women, infants, and children. She can treat issues for babies such as colic, sleep, spitting up, breastfeeding, ear infections, and more. She also specializes in adjusting expectant moms, using safe practices to correctly align their pelvis and back to help ease the labor and delivery process. While expectant moms, babies, and children are a specialty area, Dr. Laurie also treats men, women, and children. She loves to help people and wants them to feel their best.
Dr. Laurie is a new resident of Fergus Falls; relocating from Alexandria about a month ago. She said it was the right point in her life to make the move and is happy to be in Fergus Falls.
Touching Lives Chiropractic accepts all insurances. They are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Wednesday from 7:00 am-12:00 pm, and are closed Friday-Sunday. Upstream Minnesota, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering Minnesotans' connection to their natural surroundings, has become a Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce member. Upstream Minnesota is headquartered in the Twin Cities and strives to unite individuals from diverse backgrounds—political, racial, ethnic, and geographic—to celebrate and care for the state's natural places.
Recently, Upstream Minnesota welcomed Danelle Hubert as the Fergus Falls Community Coordinator, underscoring the organization's commitment to engaging with our local community. Danelle is passionate about Fergus Falls and the outdoors and is looking forward to sharing Stewardship Stories from the Otter Tail County area.
This collaboration between Upstream Minnesota and the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce aims to enhance community engagement and promote environmental stewardship in the region.

We want to welcome JV Bulk Pick Up as a new Chamber member. JV Bulk Pick Up is a second-generation business specializing in commercial and residential junk clean out and pick up. Owner Jon VanHerwynen started helping his dad at his hauling company as a child in New Jersey.
Customers can contact JV Bulk to pick up things left behind at a home, estate, rental unit, and more. Jon will take care of the disposal of items. If items are in good condition, he will donate them to places with a good cause, like The Blessing Closet. He cares about his customers and is fully licensed and insured.
