Registered Behavior Technician

Lakes Country Service Cooperative is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work at the Fergus Falls Lakes Country Academy (LCA) site. The RBT assists the LCA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with behavior programming and is directly supervised by the LCA BCBA. Specific job duties include:

• Direct (time with students and staff)
  • Support for staff in challenging classrooms
  • Support to staff with struggling students
  • Model behavior interventions
  • Responding to codes
• Indirect
  • Data collection and analysis in collaboration with LCA BCBA
  • Incident report management assistance
  • Active participant in behavior meetings
  • Supervision meetings with LCA BCBA

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified as Registered Behavior Technician

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with challenging behaviors
• A positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed

 Position Details:

• Workdays: 182 days/year, aligned with the school calendar
• 8 hours per day

 Salary Range: $32,760.00 to $47,312.00
