Come prepare to make some of our favorite traditional vegan dishes from around the globe. We will make vegan food with a Spanish, Italian, and American flare that are easy to cook at home. This class is for people who want to make a positive change in their life and diet and do not know how to. You will also learn how make sure you are getting adequate protein and calcium.
