Social Security Workshop

The Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Social Security Workshop on Wednesday, March 28th at 5:15pm held at the OTP Community Rooms.
The class will cover:

• Social Security website calculators to help your planning with emphasis on the SSA online Retirement Estimator
• Learn your FRA & why you should care
• how much work do you need to be insured?
• How is your SSA retirement account determined?
• Should you take reduced benefits or wait?
• Can you work while receiving SSA retirement?
• Family benefits with emphasis on if your child or spouse might recieve benefits on your record
• Survivor benefits
• Enrolling in Medicare
• Solvency
