Josh Heggem is a partner at Pemberton Law's Fergus Falls office and maintains a general practice, focusing on employment and labor, municipal, public school law, and litigation.  He assists public enttities, particularly schools, cities and counties in all areas of public sector law. Josh has a wide variety of experience handling employment related matters.  He is a member of the firm's Civil Litigation and Employment & Labor Law practice groups.  Through his labor and employment work, Josh has spent a great deal of time working with the Affordable Care Act and has helped a variety of employers navigate and understand legal ramifications of the Act.
Adam Evavold has served as the Operations Manager for Lakes Area Community Healthplan (LACHP) since its inception in March 2013. He is a native of Fergus Falls and happy to be back in the community after earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from MSU-Moorhead. He is a Minnesota licensed Health Insurance Representative who deals with local agents to introduce and market LACHP products within the community.
