Small Business Development Center presents PROFIT MASTERY
Profit Mastery is an internationally acclaimed financial management program designed to demystify business finance and provide tools and a process to manage the key drivers of both profits and cash flow. This course qualifies for 16 hours of CPE credits for CPA's.
Topics include: Overcoming common business problems- Understanding your financial position- Using tools to take active control- Making effective pricing decisions- Evaluating cost patterns- Making your business bankable- Avoiding cash crunches- Planning for transition
