Exploring Chi Energy (pre-register)

Chi is a subtle electromagnetic force that permeates all matter and flows through all living things to sustain life and activity. You'll learn how chi flows through you by first understanding the energy centers in the body. Illness and unease often results when the chi energy is blocked. Night two, learn how to move chi energy by practicing and experiencing movement modalities like Qi Gong and Tai Chi. The final class will be about healing with energy focusing on an introduction to Reiki, Odin Reiki, Acupressure, Myofacial Release, and other healing practices. When you learn how to work with energy centers in your body, you can enhance your well being, help eliminate stress, and improve your overall health. Wear comfortable clothes. Class Dates: Mar. 18, 25, Apr. 1 - 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
