This program is designed for managers, chefs, owners and others with supervisory responsibility in the food industry. Training will cover: hygiene, foodborne illness, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food, safety regulations and more. Books and testing are included in the fee. All students to bring a pencil. Class Dates:  April 26 and 27.
