Dancing for Birth is the leading global class for pregnant women and mothers with babies. It's a "trifecta" of birth preparation and postpartum restoration: feel good pre/postnatal fitness, essential birth wisdom, and celebration of pregnancy, birth and mothering. You'll learn movements inspired by Belly dance, African dance, Latin dance and Caribbean dance. Babies and toddlers are welcome to attend class; bring your favorite baby-wearing device to wear your baby.
