Otter Tail County Workforce Summit

Otter Tail County invites you to learn about the intentional efforts of the OTC Works workforce strategy and how we can continue working together.

Attendees of the Workforce Summit will LEARN about the current workforce environment, ENGAGE with presenters and attendees, and be ACTIVATED for where we are going together on workforce development.

Speakers will discuss:

• Current workforce environment and resources
• Resident recruitment efforts to bring needed workforce to the county
• Efforts to build the future workforce by engaging with students
• Creating a welcoming workplace

Who should attend?

Employers, school and education partners, local government officials, workforce partner agencies, and anyone else who is impacted by the workforce challenge and touches workforce development.

Registration opens at 8:30 AM with the program starting at 9:00 AM.
