Minnesota Employment Law for 2026
This comprehensive training, led by Josh Heggem, an MSBA Board Certified Labor and Employment Law Specialist from Pemberton Law, is designed to help you prepare for significant changes to Minnesota's employment landscape in 2026.
The session will provide an essential update on new laws, including the new Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) and Minnesota Paid Leave laws. It will also offer a foundational review of employment law basics, focusing on key areas such as the hiring process, discrimination, effective performance management, and best practices for disciplinary actions and terminations.
The training begins with a light breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 12:00 p.m.
