Mayor to Mayor (St. Paul & Fergus Falls) Riverfront Event

As part of the efforts to draw community attention to a revitalization of the Fergus Falls Riverfront and Downtown, The Fergus Falls Downtown Riverfront Council (FFDRC) and Mayor Ben Schierer are hosting Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman on May 25th. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Mayor Coleman will speak about the riverfront development activities in Saint Paul and their overall benefit to that city.
 
The events will generally take place between 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. with Mayor Coleman speaking at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall; following is the schedule. 
 
Schedule -
4:00 – 4:50 P.M. – Gather at Lower Level Plaza of City Hall – in case of inclement weather the program will be moved into the Council Chambers

• Downtown Riverfront Master Plan presentation
• Complimentary foot long hot dogs and bottled water will be served to the first 120 people arriving
• River walk interpretive walking tour with Chris Schuelke

5:00 – 6:00 P.M. – Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman and Fergus Falls Mayor Ben Schierer will discuss downtown and riverfront re-development with Mayor Coleman speaking about the impact the renewed riverfront has had on the City of Saint Paul.
