The Chamber's Ignite Community Leadership program is designed to bring together emerging and existing leaders to explore leadership within themselves and for their community.

Location: Community Education, 340 Friberg Ave. (please use arena parking lot, not driveway)

• 8:30 – 9:00am Welcome, Class Expectations, Introduce Facilitators (Lisa Workman)
  • “Snapshot” Introductions: Name, Organization, Role and 1 word that describes what Ignite means to you (document on flipchart)
• 9:00 – 11:00am Self Leadership: Your Impact on the Workplace with Clifton Strengths
• 11:00 – 11:10am BREAK
• 11:10 – 12:15pm Networking 201: Conversation Stack Attack … never run out of things to say (better yet – questions to ask). Master the Art of Professional Networking with Tasha Rohlfs, Otter Tail Lakes Country Brand Ambassador
• 12:15 – 12:45pm LUNCH (Service Food)
• 12:45pm – 2:30pm – Community Connection: City of Fergus Falls (panel)
