Home Buyer Education Workshop (pre-register)

This workshop is perfect for households considering homeownership within the next year. The entire home buying process is discussed, including household budgeting, credit, affordability, types of mortgages, the closing process, home inspections, insurance, and more. Participants will gain valuable knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to make housing decisions that are best for them. The class is taught by a certified homeownership advisor using the Home Stretch curriculum. Each household will receive a Home Stretch manual and a certificate of completion. Class fee includes lunch. Scholarships are available.
