The public is invited to an informational meeting for the upcoming Highway 59 project north of Pelican Rapids. It is an open-house style meeting. Representatives from the Minnesota Department of transportation and Central Specialties Inc. will be available to address questions and concerns regarding traffic impacts, access and project schedule.
