This investment in the training workshop demonstrates A Center for the Arts' commitment to customer service and providing our patrons with the best experience possible. This interactive training workshop will focus on the rewards and challenges that providing customer service can present. 
This will help us focus on our customer, teach techniques on how to address and maintain control of challenging situations in positive manners, ways to come to mutually successful resolutions, and how you as a customer service provider play a large role in creating the overall experience. This training workshop will also provide tools for exemplary customer service practices in general that can easily become a day-to-day way of life.
