The Fourth Trimester Class is a free class for pregnant and new parents. The fourth trimester is a transitional period between birth and 12 weeks postpartum during which your baby is adjusting to the world and you’re adjusting to your baby. During the class you will learn more about: - Mom’s Health and Transition to Parenting - Newborn Health, Feeding, and Sleep - Bonding and Playing with Your Baby - Peer and Community Supports
