At a certain point in your life, you stop accumulating stuff and deal with the stuff you have already accumulated so your loved ones won't have to do it after you are gone. The goal is to leave behind as little as possible for others to deal with, keeping only what you actually need. Swedish death cleaning can be done at any time. It's about deciding what is most important to you and what you want the rest of your life to look like.
