Cyclone Days

Commemorate the Great FF Cyclone of June 22, 1919.

This community celebration features entertaining and educational actibities for the whole family. On Monday, June 18, noon, Myron Broschat will speak on the Flu Pandemic of 1918. On Tuesday, June 19, Chris Schuelke will host the Lake Alice Cyclone Tour at 1:30 and 6:30pm, meet at St. James Episcopal Church. Wednesday, June 20 features a Community Barbecue and old fashioned games from 5-7pm followed by Storm Chasing Adventures at 7pm. On Thursday, June 21 legendary author Lance Johnson will present The Great Fergus Falls Cyclone at 7pm. The week concludes on Friday, June 22 with a gift shop special on the book The Great Fergus Falls Cyclone of June 22, 1919.
