Chamber Office Renovation Fundraising Campaign

It’s time for the “Front Door” of Fergus Falls to receive a facelift, the first major update in 50 years. The four main goals of our renovation are to:

  1. Enhance the Image of Fergus Falls Business Community
  2. Spark Downtown Riverfront Development
  3. Highlight the RiverWalk and Otter Tail River
  4. Create a Healthy, Safe Space for Staff and Volunteers
The office renovation will include a new, higher roofline and updated façade to reflect the image of our successful and progressive community. The entire interior will be demolished to make way for new Vector windows, insulation, electrical, plumbing, heating, lighting, air conditioning and technology – along with a more efficient floor plan. We are thrilled to feature as many Chamber member businesses’ services and products as we can. We consider our office a ‘showroom’ of the high-quality businesses that make up our community. We invite you to invest in our community's "front door" and visitor information center.

$10,000 Pinnacle Supporter
· Business/donor’s name on two exterior polished granite plaques with priority placement
as a Pinnacle Supporter

· Business’ Logo (or donor’s name) engraved on 9” x 12” patio block
· Invitation to Exclusive Grand Opening Preview Party
· Business’ Logo on chalk artwork “Bridge the Future” during fundraising

$5,000 River View Supporter
· Business/donor’s name on two exterior polished granite plaques listed as a River View Supporter
· Business/donor’s name on a 9” x 12” patio block (up to 6 lines, 13 characters each)

$3,000 Garden Level Supporter
· Business/donor’s name on a 9” x 12” patio block (up to 6 lines, 13 characters each)
$500 "Buy-a-Brick"
Business/donor’s name on a 6” x 9” patio brick (up to 4 lines, 12 characters each)
Total Fundraising Goal: $110,000
Raised to Date: $27,000

All contributions of $500+, made by 6/5/18, will be recognized with an engraved patio block to be installed on the new riverside patio.

Annual installments can be made over 3-5 years. Anyone -- individuals or businesses, Chamber members or not, are invited and encouraged to contribute to this much-needed project.
