Chair Yoga (pre-register)

Chair yoga is a gentle practice where body forms are done while seating into a chair. This class will help people who find typically yoga classes challenging. It is also great for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a more gentle practice. This class will focus on flexibility, breath awareness, and meditation. Class dates: Jan. 17, 24, 31, Feb. 7.
