Camp Emily is for youth ages 7 to 18 who have experienced the death of someone they loved. Newly bereaved as well as those who have been on the path of grief for some time are welcome. Parents or guardians are asked to attend and participate. All groups will be divided by age and facilitated by bereavement social workers, counselors, or funeral directorss.
The camp will be open to people of all ethnic, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds.
SPECIAL FOCUS ON:
-Strengthening families
-Expolring our feelings
-Meeting others who are also on the journey through grief
All meals and snacks will be provided. If your child has allergies or special needs, please let LB Homes know when you register so arrangements can be made.
