Breathe Easy education

This educational session will help attendees understand the conditions that impact breathing, such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. A Knute Nelson Physical Therapist will lead this session and help identify strategies and exercises to help attendees breathe easier and learn basic exercises to help gain control of their breathing and activity.
