Bike MS: TRAM Ride 2016 (The Ride Across Minnesota) is Minnesota's greatest cycling vacation. Nearly 1,000 riders will travel through the picturesque scenery and rich history of central Minnesota, starting in St. Joseph with overnight stops in Sauk Centre, Fergus Falls, Wadena and Little Falls. Choose to ride a three-day, weekend route, or take on the full 270 miles in five days.
You'll experience an incredible level of camaraderie as you embark on a journey filled with laughter, excitement, support and a profound sense of accomplishment. Last year, TRAM raised more than $800,000 and your participation will drive MS research forward faster, and deliver programs and services to those who face the challenges of MS every day.

Five-day ride check-in is July 20, 9-11 a.m. at the College of Saint Benedict and can begin riding after check-in. Three-day check-in is either Thursday night or Friday morning in Fergus Falls, and can start riding after Friday morning check-in.
