The second part of this course continues to explore the principles of mindfulness. You will learn about mindfulness in feelings, thinking, objects of mind, and practicing loving kindness and compassion. If you are serious about wanting to change your life, this class will provide you with support and instruction to start you on your path. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion for sitting if you like. Class dates: Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30.
