The Women's Leadership Council (WLC) of Otter Tail County is proud to be a partner with our local doctors who provide child wellness visits from birth to age 5, in this venture. The Sanford Health locations in Perham, New York Mills and Pelican Rapids and Lake Region Health Care facility locations in Fergus Falls and Battle Lake have now implemented the "Prescription for Reading" program.
