13th Annual Chamber TASTE of Fergus Falls 2018 "Under the Sea"

13^th Annual TASTE of Fergus Falls -- Annual Meeting for the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.

What you need to know, before you go:

1. Fill out your ticket stub completely, (your home address) & get info to the Chamber: 736-6951 or chamber@fergusfalls.com by October 22.
2. Eat a light lunch -- come hungry! Samples from 12 delicious restaurants will fill you up.
3. Bring your ticket and your ID. Your ticket indicates your table - all seating is reserved.
4. Your ticket # is your BID # -- make sure YOU are registered with your # (not someone else)
5. Bring cash -- there is an ATM near Z103 Bar & Grill
6. Carpool - the parking lot will be full
7. Doors open at 4:45pm to the Silent Auction. Main event doors open at 5:00pm for dining.
8. Bid on Silent Auction items, Spin the Mystery Wheel, buy Wall of Wine chances
9. Eat, drink & be merry!

• Food Exhibitors include: Aquarius/Kinetico, American Legion Post 20, Bigwood Event Center, Cooking with MamaSheena, Dining Car #423, Don Pablo's Mexican Restaurant, Jimmy John's, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, Service Food, VFW Post 612, Zens Creative Catering, Z103 Bar & Grill. On the menu: Salmon & crackers,  chips & salsa, shrimp cocktail, California rolls, bloody mary shooters, mango quinoa salad, chicken noodle soup, tomato basil soup, black bean chili, clam chowder,  ham & cheese sammies, turkey sammies, veggie sammies, Ahi tuna tacos, steak bites, spaghetti, BBQ ribs, homemade ravioli,  French silk pie, cranberry orange muffins, caramel apple pie, creme brulee, bottled water, dessert bites, & more!
